I recently had an experience with drugstore.com where I did not recieve my order. Fed Ex shipping showed it was delivered to me, but I did not get the order.
I contacted drugstore.com and let them know what had happened. They were so nice and understanding, that I have to commend them publicly for their Customer Service response!
Yall hear me bitch all the time about companies, counties, states, everything… It is refreshing to be able to report something good for a change. I am totally delighted!
